A genuinely easy experience buying my car. No pressure, good communication and everything was sorted quickly. Would happily use them again.

I called ahead about the car and said I needed air conditioning and they said they would sort that. I asked about part exchange and was given a price over the phone. When I arrived the car was just getting cleaned, I went on the test drive, liked it, bought it. They paid the car tax and sent me to a local air conditioning place for it to be filled. I was told they wouldn’t fix it if it had a leak etc as it’s very expensive and it is a low price car which I totally understand. Thankfully air conditioning was working fine. They were really good and the place I went to called them and they paid over the phone. 2 weeks later I noticed a grumbling from the exhaust and I went to get it checked locally. A new exhaust was needed so I called and spoke to Paul who was brilliant and sorted that straight away to have a brand new one fitted. Highly recommended **

From the get go the response was swift, the same day… I was sent videos of the car and any questions were answered that I had… honestly Sam and Amie was a pleasure to deal with, I paid a deposit of admin fee initially this was all explained to me before hand…and they really helped me out big time, I didn’t have all the money straight away not that any business should have to wait on me but Sam really helped me out in a pickle He literally checked in made sure everything was affordable and made sure I was straight from start to finish it’s been a pleasure I did read some reviews on here and did make me anxious and worried but my car was delivered same day in fact today and I have no issues with the car at all. What ever reviews I read I do strongly believe it’s just down to individual preferences but I do disagree with anything negative because this was not opinion as for my recent purchase, I love my TT AND For age and related use was absolutely fine to me. I can honestly say these guys are genuine and proper and I will be going back for a car for my partner

I have always bought my cars from a car dealers, so I had real doubts about even going to look at any cars but even I can be proved wrong. You couldn't wish for a nice set of guys who couldn't do enough for you. There was no pressure at all to sell you anything, you were left to have a good look at the car with no one looking over your shoulders all of the time.The car did have a couple of faults but they made sure everything was perfect before I picked the car up. I definitely would recommend these guys and I will be using them again

I have recently being searching for a new vehicle and countered Chesterton Motors quite by accident whilst looking at another site. They were very helpful and courteous. And although i did not buy a vehicle from them they returned my deposit , regards one vehicle i was interested in, altogether an enjoyable experience. I would recommend a visit to this dealer
